Menopause Awareness

Menopause has been a hot topic in recent months but there is still stigma surrounding this stage of a woman’s life. Siobhan Kearney has recently founded Menopause NI to generate awareness and education supporting women to understand the impact.
This is a phase of life every woman goes through, yet its stages and symptoms are often misunderstood. By the end of the session you will know the stages, symptoms, its impact on our physical, emotional and mental health and the support available to manage the menopause.
