Commercial Units

Carrickfergus Enterprise provides a range of commercial units for rent, offering sizes ranging from 500 sq. ft to 1500 sq. ft. These commercial units can be customised to meet the specific requirements of the occupants. All units are equipped with essential utilities, including electricity and water to the point of entry, ensuring a convenient and adaptable workspace.

Offices are finished to a high standard, are bright, spacious with access to high speed internet access and modern communal kitchen and meeting space.

Office Suites

The office suites available at Carrickfergus Enterprise are consistently maintained to high standards, providing a clean and professional working environment. These spaces come equipped with a range of amenities, including carpeted flooring, painted walls, power sockets, telephone points, heating, and shared kitchen facilities. With sizes spanning from 300 sq. ft to 480 sq. ft, there is ample flexibility to accommodate a variety of office space requirements.

Protect Secure Storage

Storage units are available for rent on a flexible basis with access 24/7 via electronically operated gates. Units are fully insulated with lighting and plug point to ensure your items are stored safely. Two sizes are available 20 sq ft x 8 sq ft and 10 x 8 sq ft.

Meeting Facilities

We have a stylish and professional meeting room available for hire. Whether you are delivering a training course, or holding a team meeting or event, the room can be set up to your requirements with minimal fuss.
