These commercial units can be customised to meet the specific requirements of the occupants. All units are equipped with essential utilities, including electricity and water to the point of entry, ensuring a convenient and adaptable workspace.

Offices are finished to a high standard, are bright, spacious with access to high speed internet access and modern communal kitchen and meeting space.

Office Suites

Storage units are available for rent on a flexible basis with access 24/7 via electronically operated gates. Units are 20 sq ft x 8 sq ft and are fully insulated with lighting and plug point to ensure your items are stored safely.

We have a stylish and professional meeting room available for hire. Whether you are delivering a training course, or holding a team meeting or event, the room can be set up to your requirements with minimal fuss.
